Acadly

Description

ACADLY (Academy Management) is a multi-tenant web application designed for the management of academies and schools, including dance schools, martial arts schools, fitness academies, and similar organizations.

The application originally started as a custom solution for a dance school and was later redesigned and extended into a reusable SaaS-ready platform supporting multiple independent academies. Its main features include:

  • Class Management: Creation and scheduling of classes, lesson timeslots, and class popularity statistics.
  • Attendance Tracking: Recording and monitoring student and teacher attendance.
  • Payment Management: Student payment tracking, outstanding balance monitoring, notifications, and customizable email templates.
  • Student Profiles: Detailed profiles containing class participation, attendance history, and payment records.
  • Role-Based Access: Administrator, secretary, teacher, and student roles with separate permissions and functionality.
  • Multi-Tenant Architecture: Support for multiple independent academies within the same application architecture, with isolated organizational data.

The project has since evolved into a commercially available product under the ACADLY brand, with a dedicated public website and an online demo environment available at demo.acadly.gr.
